Although the CISP Maurice Ravel Hotel is closed, every request concerning a group stay will be carefully considered.

For all the canceled stays in the context of the Covid-19 health crisis, in accordance with the Order voted on 25 March 2020 on the financial conditions of stays and tourist products in the event of exceptional circumstances, we offer our clients and partners a credit equal to the amount of the payments made. The credit is valid for 18 months from the date of issue and can be used to rebook a stay in our hotels CIS Paris and Paris Saint-Ouen.

The credit can be used on one or more occasions, to book one or several stays. The initial booking is automatically cancelled.

Our teams will contact you as quickly as possible to inform you about the terms of the cancellation of your stay. All the requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
